To qualify for a mortgage a borrower must prove that he/she is capable of repaying back the mortgage loan and meets certain requirements the lender has. Many would be homewoners, go to their banking institution to get a mortgage pre-qualification. Once pre-qualified the hoem shopping process becomes much easier.
